How much time will I need each day?

To really have an impact and see real change you need to commit to at least 5mins - 20mins per practice. Its a new habit and soon you will be doing them daily without even thinking about it or it taking time away from you.

Do I need prior experience?

No experience needed. Just willingness to try and to want to change.

Is this program live or self-paced?

It's self-paced with weekly emails and plenty of relevant content on my social media. This is just the foundation / the basics of my full Built For This program, so I wanted to give you short bitesized manageable tools. In my full program you get live coaching calls and 1:1 sessions.

What if I fall behind?

Practices can be repeated anytime. Move at your own pace, give yourself some grace and be kind. You can pick up the guide and start back up at any time and at any point.

BUILT FOR THIS is for anyone and everyone. Over the past 20 years I have worked closely with First Responders, Parents, Teens and Athletes and now I also have a lot of Leaders / High Achievers. There will be BUILT FOR THIS guides and programs which are general to everyone, but I will also be launching specific programs in 2026 the first being for PARENTS OF TEENS (High School & Middle School) and then one for FIRST RESPONDERS.
